"The name Rolleimat was also used by Rollei on an enlarger. The Rolleimat series of compact 35mm cameras were manufactured in Japan for Rollei circa 1979-1981. These were very troubled years for the company, eventually ending in its 1981 bankruptcy. The Rolleimat AF is notable as the first autofocus model ever offered by the company."
